Notice of Annual General Meeting
This is to advise you of the Barbados Reiki Association’s 14th Annual General Meeting, as required by the Constitution of the Association. All Reiki initiates are invited to the meeting. Please put these details into your diary.
Date: Thursday 4th February 2016
Time: 7 pm
Place: Meeting Room of the Co-operators General Building on Upper Collymore Rock.
Please remember that you can only vote if you are a member in good financial standing. To facilitate this, the Treasurer will be available to accept your subscription ($50.00) half an hour before the AGM commences.
If you have not already done so, would you kindly let the Secretary, Hazel Simmons- McDonald, know if you are attending. Please e-mail barbadosreiki@gmail.com. If you wish to vote but are unable to attend, you may use the ballot form. Please note that each member is entitled to a single vote per position.
We invite nominations for vacant positions of officers on the Board of the Association. The vacant positions are:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- One Two-Year Director
- One one Year Director
Nominees must be financial members of BRA and they must indicate their willingness to accept the nomination to serve on the Board. Nomination forms must be signed before they are submitted to the Association.
Forms are available on request via email from the Secretary.
