Roots and Wings: 30 Years of LightWe’re celebrating 30 years of Reiki in Barbados during the weekend of October 4 and 5, 2025! The centrepiece of the celebrations will be a Celebratory Lunch and Retreat to be held at the Sugar Cane Club Resort in Maynards, St. Peter, on October 4 and 5, 2025. Our theme is Roots and Wings: 30 Years of Light.
Event Details
The Celebratory Lunch will be held on Saturday October 4th, followed by activities and presentations commemorating the 30 years. Event check-in starts at 11.30, with lunch scheduled for 12.30.
It is intended that the main programme be complete by 5pm, to facilitate those who prefer not to drive at night. However, there will be optional evening activities for those who choose to stay on site. Please note that dinner is not included on the Saturday, but can be purchased at BD$90 per person.
On Sunday 5th October, we’ll have our usual Retreat from 9-5 (check-in at 8.30) with Reiki shares, informative sessions, and grounding reflective practices. As always, a healthy lunch is included, as are two refreshment breaks. For those staying on site, or who choose to arrive early, breakfast will also be available between 7.30 and 8.30.
Registration and Fees
The 30th anniversary celebration fee is either:
BD$250 for members/$275 for non-members, which covers lunch on Saturday, and breakfast, lunch and liquid refreshment breaks on Sunday
or
BD$200 for members/$225 for non-members, which covers lunch on Saturday and lunch and liquid refreshment breaks on Sunday.
The deadline for confirming your attendance and paying your registration fee is 7th September 2025.

US$145 Double occupancy
Plus VAT and BD$19.25 tourism levy (per room per night)
