Dear members and friends, this is to let you know about the forthcoming Caribbean Reiki Gathering. Please see the notice below. If you plan to attend or wish to be kept in the loop about this and future gatherings, please respond to this email and let us know so we can add you to the appropriate contact list for further updates.
8th Annual Caribbean Reiki Gathering
The 8th Annual Caribbean Reiki Gathering will take place at the Mongoose Apartments, Cane Garden Bay, Tortola from 6pm on Thursday 20 October to 12 noon on Sunday 23 October, 2016. The overall theme will be Reiki and Wellness. The previous Gatherings have all been extremely rewarding experiences, and we anticipate that this Gathering will be just as wonderful.
The Gathering fee will be US$150, which will cover use of the conference room, a Gathering T-shirt, all breaks, lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and transportation costs for our field trip on Saturday.
Accommodation will be primarily at the Mongoose Apartments (http://www.mongooseapartments.com/). The contact person is Sandra Henley 284-495-4421.
Apartment rates are for 1-2 people.
Apartments 1-6: – $145 per night plus $ 7 government tax
Apartments 7 & 8: – $ 175 per night plus $ 7 government tax
All apartments contain a king-sized bed and furniture convertible into a bed, and have a kitchen, dining and living room area as well as a veranda.
Once this venue is fully booked, there will be additional accommodation at the nearby Sunset Apartments. The contact number there is 284-495-4751.
The rate is $128 per room for 1-2 people.
Please make your accommodation and meal supplement bookings directly with the apartments.
The Gathering registration form is attached to this email. Please complete and return your registration by August 15, 2016 to enable us to finalize arrangements for the outings, T-shirts and included meals.
